Production Process

Surface Treatment: ZAM-coated steel coils undergo degreasing and thorough cleaning to ensure a pristine surface.

Primer Coating: A primer layer is applied to enhance paint adhesion.

Topcoat Application: The final color coating is applied to achieve the desired finish.

Curing & Cooling: The coated sheet is baked in an oven to ensure proper curing, then cooled for stability.

Quality Inspection: Paint thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance are tested to meet strict standards.

Recoiling & Packing: The finished product is rewound, visually inspected, and securely packaged.
