Production Process

Surface Treatment: The ZAM base steel coil is degreased and thoroughly cleaned.

Primer Coating: A primer layer is applied to enhance paint adhesion.

Topcoat Application: The main color coat is applied to complete the finish.

Curing & Cooling: Curing & Cooling: The coated steel passes through a baking oven to ensure proper curing and adhesion, then cooled.

Quality Inspection: Quality Inspection: Paint thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance are checked thoroughly.

Recoiling & Packing: The finished product is recoiled, undergoes final inspection, and is securely packaged.
