Production Process

Surface Treatment: The ZAM-coated steel coil is degreased and thoroughly cleaned to remove all contaminants.

Primer Coating: A primer layer is applied to enhance paint adhesion and improve corrosion resistance.

Topcoat Application: A finish coat is applied to provide color, durability, and weather resistance.

Curing & Cooling: The coated steel is passed through a curing oven to ensure proper drying and paint bonding, followed by controlled cooling.

Quality Inspection: Paint thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance are carefully tested to meet standards.

Recoiling & Packing: The finished coil is rewound, inspected one final time, and securely packed for delivery.
